Mateen and Qasim Tarin) to burn the text of the wretched colonial, dividing and evil intrigue, the so-called Durand treaty, which was imposed on Afghanistan 117 years ago in 1893 by British colonialism represented by the foreign secretary of the British-governed India Sir Henry Mortimer Durand. The purpose of this evil design was to break the Pashtun resistance, divide the entire Afghan nation, deprive Afghanistan from access to Baluch-Arabian-Persian Sea, and to undermine the process of nation-building in entire Afghanistan. The division of Afghanistan remains as unnatural, illegal, immoral, and imperialistic today as it was at the end of 19th century when it was imposed.
