-update - Thanks to MoroccanARROWS, I know now who the singer is: her name is Manija Dawlat (there are also different spellings of her name), and she is from Tajikistan. Her own Wikipedia entry goes under the name of Manija_Dawlatova. I will upload more songs of her soon. Enjoy.
